Randall J. Kresie, M.D.
Randall Kresie is a native of Topeka, Kansas and a
graduate of Kansas State University and the Kansas
University Medical Center. After completing his
internship and residency at the Kansas University
Medical Center, he began practicing in Topeka in 1990.
Dr. Kresie performs cataract, glaucoma and plastic
surgeries of the eyelids, as well as, laser surgery for
glaucoma and diabetic eye conditions. He is involved in
clinical research and holds a teaching position at the
Colmery ONeal Veterans Hospital in Topeka, Kansas. Dr.
Kresie is a member of the American Academy of
Ophthalmology and the Kansas Society of Eye Physicians
and Surgeons. Dr. Kresie also provides monthly outreach
clinics in Sabetha, Seneca and Holton.
Cindy E. Penzler, M.D.
Dr. Cindy Penzler is
originally from Abilene, Kansas. She received her
medical degree from the University of Kansas School of
Medicine. After completing an internship at the
University of Kansas School of Medicine, she furthered
her training at the University with residency training
from the Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Penzler has
been awarded the American Medical Association
Physicians Recognition Award every year since 1986. She
is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is
an Active Fellow of the American Academy of
Ophthalmology. She is also a member of the Kansas
Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Penzler
conducts clinical research for the top ophthalmic
pharmaceutical industries. She performs cataract,
glaucoma and plastic surgeries of the eyelids, as well
as, laser surgery for glaucoma and diabetic eye
conditions. She also provides care to patients in her
Junction City Clinic.
Andrea, Opthalmic Assistant
Andrea has been a certified
Opthalmic Assistant since 1996. She began her
career as a Certified Optician/Contact Lens Fitter in
1994. Andrea has skated with Topeka's Capital City
Crushers since 2008 and coaches the Jr. Rollergirls.
Wendy, who is
a Licensed Practical Nurse, started working with Dr.
Kresie and Carol in 1989.
